1. Products
We strive to accurately display our products, colors, descriptions, and pricing. Due to differences in monitors, photography, and the handmade nature of our products, actual colors and finishes may vary slightly.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders resulting from pricing mistakes, and issue a full refund if necessary.
3. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, or violations of these Terms.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time an order is placed. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully processed.
5. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.
Risk of loss and title to purchased products pass to the customer upon our delivery of the products to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order. Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Fishing involves inherent risks. Customers are responsible for using all products safely and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
